Operations Coordinator (Paid Summer Internship)

We’re delighted to be offering an internship as an Operations Coordinator with Hinch PM over the summer of 2021
It will be an office based role, with administrative and consultancy duties within a vibrant team of a growing services company within the residential, commercial and relocation lettings industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
The various roles and responsibilities will develop the following business skills:
- Report analysis
- Report Management with contractors and clients
- Customer service for clients
- Communication between clients and contractors: over phone, over phone
- Working within a team
Additionally, seminars will be available from experts in the company to develop the following skills, and projects to be involved with:
- Sales and Marketing
- Project Management
- Customer Service
The position will ideally last over 10 weeks over the June, July, August and September periods depending on availability. Some leave between the start and end date will be granted- this will be finalised before the appointment begins.

*Occasional visits to properties in Bucks, Middlesex or London
Working Hours
08:30 am – 17:30 pm or similar
Remuneration
Competitive rate depending on experience, increase after probation period 1 hour lunch break
